Common use of Manner of Election Clause in Contracts

Manner of Election. To elect a direct transfer to an Eligible Retirement Plan, the Participant must complete a written election form provided by the Trustee, and must identify thereon the Eligible Retirement Plan that is to receive the transfer. In addition, the Participant must return the written election form to the Trustee prior to the Trustee effecting a transfer under this subsection (b).

Manner of Election. To elect a direct transfer to an Eligible Retirement Plan, the Participant must complete make an election in writing (or in a written election form provided by manner acceptable to the Trustee, for example, using an on-line form) and must identify thereon the Eligible Retirement Plan that is to receive the transfer. In addition, the Participant must return the written election form to the Trustee transfer prior to the Trustee effecting a transfer under this subsection (bSection 7.3(b).
