Common use of Manner of Performing Services Clause in Contracts

Manner of Performing Services. Consultant may engage qualified subcontractors in the performance of the services hereunder, provided however that Company may have particular subcontractor(s) removed from the project, in its reasonable discretion, upon two weeks notice to Consultant. Before any Consultant employee, consultant, agent or subcontractor performs services in connection with this Agreement, the employee, consultant, agent or subcontractor and Consultant must have entered into a written agreement containing "work-made-for-hire" and confidentiality provisions substantially equivalent to those contained herein. Such agreement shall be substantially in the form attached hereto; provided, however, that Company pre-approves the existing agreements listed on Schedule 2 hereto.
