Market Size. At the current time the market for the Corporation's products in the US is limited to casinos in the State of Nevada. No assurance can be given that new markets will develop or that legislation permitting sports wagering in other states within the U.S. will be adopted. In addition, while sports wagering exists outside of the U.S., no assurance can be given that the Corporation's products would be accepted in such foreign markets or that compliance with any regulatory conditions imposed by foreign jurisdictions will be achieved.
