Common use of Marketing and Communications Clause in Contracts

Develop marketing materials and communications needs list with Prosper. Materials may include: logo, print materials, web materials, and other marketing or advertising content. B. Materials will clearly identify Prosper, the contributing Bureaus, OMF, and OEHR as collaborating partners with respect to the COEP.
