Common use of Marketing and Licensing Clause in Contracts

Distributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts in marketing, distributing and licensing Supplier’s Images to its clients and shall ensure that clients enter into an End User License Agreement (▇▇▇▇) which contains terms substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B.
