Common use of Marketing and Public Relations Clause in Contracts

Marketing and Public Relations. Professional Business Manager --------------------------------- acknowledges that the Practice desires a public relations program to enhance its optometric and/or therapeutic optometric practice and to extend the Office's ability to provide Professional Eye Care Services to patients at the Practice Locations. Subject to the Practice's approval, Professional Business Manager shall design and implement an appropriate public relations program on behalf of the Practice, with appropriate emphasis on public awareness of the availability of Professional Eye Care Services at the Practice Locations. The public relations program shall be conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing advertising by the ophthalmological and optometric professions.
