Common use of Marketing and Publicity Clause in Contracts

Marketing and Publicity. Subject to the Customer’s prior written approval, the Customer grants to Reveal the express right to use Customer’s name and logo in marketing, sales, financial and public relations materials and other communications solely to identify Customer as a client of Reveal. The Customer grants Reveal a licence to use its logo, branding and trade mark solely to advertise the Customer as a customer of Reveal on Reveal’s website, social media and other marketing platforms and content.
