Common use of Marketing by Manager Clause in Contracts

Marketing by Manager. Manager shall market and advertise the Residences as Manager shall determine in its sole and exclusive discretion. In order to facilitate the marketing efforts of Manager’s rental program, Owner shall allow Manager to post photographs of the Residence on Manager’s web sites, or alternate marketing channels for the rental program. Owner authorizes Manager to photograph the interior and/or exterior of the Residence.
