Marketing Programs. King 113 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC will actively promote the use of alternate modes of transportation through a comprehensive marketing plan. The marketing plan will focus on the following messages, which we are confident will help change travel modes: · Cost Savings-Ridesharing reduces transportation costs · Health Benefits-Riding your bike to work or walking is a great way to get exercise into your daily routine · Enhanced Convenience-Shower facilities and bike-racks on-site make it easy to trade in 4 wheels for 2 · Environmentally Friendly-Better air quality, reduced fuel consumption King 113 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ plans to use a variety of means to convey these messages and promote alternate transportation to its tenants. Included in each tenant orientation packet will be information on the buildings transportation demand management programs, including the Rideshare program. Furthermore, throughout the year, email blasts will be sent to all tenants alerting them to incentives/events (such as free bike tune-up day) encouraging participation in these programs.
