Marketing, Sales and Appointment Clause Samples

The 'Marketing, Sales and Appointment' clause defines the rights and responsibilities of the parties regarding the promotion, sale, and representation of products or services. Typically, it outlines which party is authorized to market and sell the goods, the scope of their authority, and any limitations or requirements for making appointments or engaging with customers. For example, it may specify whether one party acts as an exclusive agent or distributor, or set procedures for scheduling sales meetings. This clause ensures clarity in the business relationship by delineating roles and preventing disputes over marketing and sales activities.
