Common use of Master Assignment Clause in Contracts

Master Assignment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of the Master Assignment signed on behalf of each party thereto.

Master Assignment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of the Master Assignment signed on behalf by each of each the parties thereto (or receipt by the Administrative Agent from a party theretothereto of a telecopy signature page signed by such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts thereof) and all conditions precedent to the consummation thereof shall have been satisfied.
