MASTER DEFINITIONS SCHEDULE. Unless otherwise defined in this Deed or in any supplement hereto (a "Beneficiaries Deed Supplement") or the context requires otherwise, words and expressions used in this Deed have the meaning and construction ascribed to them in paragraph 1 (Definitions) of Schedule 1 (Master Definitions Schedule) to the master framework agreement dated on or about the date of this Deed (as amended, varied, supplemented or restated from time to time) between, among others, the Transferor Beneficiary and the Investor Beneficiary (the "Master Framework Agreement").
