Common use of Master Servicer Duties Clause in Contracts

Master Servicer Duties. The Master Servicer shall supervise, monitor, and oversee the obligations of the Servicer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on behalf of the Indenture Trustee and for the benefit of the Noteholders, in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. The Master Servicer shall (i) oversee and consult with the Servicer as appropriate from time to time to fulfill the Master Servicer's obligations hereunder, (ii) receive, review and evaluate all reports, information and other data and documents provided to the Master Servicer by the Servicer and (iii) otherwise exercise its best efforts to cause the Servicer to perform and observe the covenants, obligations and conditions required to be performed under this Agreement.
