Common use of Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Master Servicer. Shore hereby acknowledges that the Assignee has appointed W▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, N.A. to act as master servicer and securities administrator under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and hereby agrees to treat all inquiries, demands, instructions, authorizations and other communications from the Master Servicer as if the same had been received from the Assignee.
