Master Services Agreement and List of Securities on File. The Administrator shall keep a certified copy or duplicate original of this Master Services Agreement, the Series MSA Supplement, the Trust Agreement and the Series Supplement on file at its Unit investment trust division office available for inspection at all reasonable times during the usual business hours by any Unitholder, together with a current list of the Securities in each Series of Trust and the Derivative Transactions of each Derivatives Trust Series.
