Common use of Master Terms Clause in Contracts

Master Terms. The effectiveness of these Master Terms commences on the Effective Date and unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Master Terms, continues until the later of: (a) the date that is one year following the Effective Date; and (b) the date which is six (6) months following the expiration and non-renewal or termination of the Service Term of the last of the Order Forms in effect under these Master Terms.
