MasterCard Check Access Facility. If a MasterCard Check Access Facility is granted to you upon your application (which is available if you hold a Citibank MasterCard):- (a) a MCCA check drawn under the MasterCard Check Access Facility is a cash advance subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement; and (b) you must ensure that all MCCA checks drawn bear your valid signature and that you confirm any alteration or cancellation on or of a MCCA check by signing your valid signature next to it; and (c) you must ensure that any MCCA check drawn is of an amount not less than S$100.00; and (d) without prejudice to the other terms and conditions of this agreement, the total value of all MCCA checks drawn when aggregated with all other cash advances which you have obtained must not exceed 100% of your combined credit limit at any one time; and (e) you may instruct us in writing or via TBS in accordance with our prescribed procedure then prevailing (specifying the payee’s name, date, amount and check number of the MCCA check) to countermand or stop payment of any MCCA check or to cancel any countermand or stop payment instructions, and unless and until we receive such instructions, we are not liable to you if in the meantime the MCCA check is honoured or dishonoured by us (as the case may be) provided always that we will use our best endeavours to act on but shall not be bound to give immediate effect to such instructions and we are not liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party should any MCCA check be honoured or dishonoured by us (as the case may be) for any reason contrary to such instructions and you are liable for the full amount of any such MCCA check paid contrary to such instructions and all fees and charges in connection therewith; and (f) a stop payment order will remain effective for 6 months upon the expiry of which we may honour payment of the relevant MCCA check if presented thereafter, unless you give a new stop payment order before such expiry; and (g) you shall not draw any MCCA check after the termination of your card account; or the revocation or expiry of your card; or after you have given us notice to terminate the card account; or after your receipt of a notice from us requiring that you are not to draw any MCCA check; and (h) we are entitled in our absolute discretion to dishonour any MCCA check drawn if it does not bear a valid signature or is not signed in the authorized manner; or if presented after more than 6 months have elapsed fr...

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.
