Common use of Material Alterations Clause in Contracts

Material Alterations. The Insured shall give written notice to the Insurers as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter of any material change or change in circumstances affecting the nature of the Insured’s Business and, until the Insurers have agreed in writing to accept the altered risk, the Insurers shall not provide any cover in respect of liability arising from such material change or change in circumstances.
