Common use of MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP Clause in Contracts

MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Subcontract, all material to be incorporated in the Work shall be new, of the most suitable grade for the purpose intended and in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. All Work shall be performed in a skillful and workmanlike manner, and in accordance with the Contract Documents. Contractor may, in writing, require Subcontractor to remove from the Project any employee of Subcontractor who Contractor deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
