Material Contracts; Burdensome Restrictions. All material coal supply contracts and other Material Contracts are in full force and effect except to the extent that the failure to be in full force and effect would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change. None of the Loan Parties is bound by any contractual obligation, or subject to any restriction in any organization document, or any requirement of Law which would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.
