Common use of Material Governmental Approvals Clause in Contracts

Material Governmental Approvals. There are no Material Governmental Approvals required (i) in connection with the execution, delivery or performance by any of the Loan Parties of any of the Material Agreements, (ii) to own, operate or lease the Real Property, or (iii) to operate the business of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of any Loan Party in the ordinary course (including with respect to activities related to Timber harvesting, building, zoning, sub-division, wildlife protection, mining, drilling, extraction or reclamation with respect to the Real Property referred to in the Material Agreements). No Loan Party or Subsidiary of any Loan Party has failed to obtain any Material Governmental Approval or is in violation of any Material Governmental Approval.
