Common use of Material Judgments Clause in Contracts

Material Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance as to which the relevant insurance company has not denied coverage) of $5,000,000 or more, and shall not have been paid, vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal within 45 days from the entry thereof; or

Material Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance as to which the relevant insurance company has not denied coverage) of $5,000,000 45,000,000 or more, and shall not have been paid, vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal within 45 days from the entry thereof; or

One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance as to which the relevant insurance company has not denied coverage) of $5,000,000 40,000,000 or more, and shall not have been paid, vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal within 45 days from the entry thereof; or

Material Judgments. One or more judgments or decrees shall be entered against the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries involving in the aggregate a liability (to the extent not paid or covered by insurance as to which the relevant insurance company has not denied coverage) of $5,000,000 20,000,000 or more, and shall not have been paid, vacated, discharged, stayed or bonded pending appeal within 45 days from the entry thereof; or
