Common use of Material Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Material Personal Property. All material pipelines, ▇▇▇▇▇, gas processing plants, platforms and other material improvements, fixtures and equipment owned in whole or in part by any Loan Party that are necessary to conduct normal operations are being maintained in a state adequate to conduct normal operations, and with respect to such of the foregoing which are operated by such Loan Party, in a manner consistent with such Loan Party’s past practices (other than those the failure of which to maintain in accordance with this Section 3.25 could not reasonably be expect to have a Material Adverse Effect).
