Material Recovery Facility. All Recyclable Materials collected as a result of performing Recycling Collection Services shall be delivered to a fully licensed and permitted Material Recovery Facility. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in the levy of liquidated damages as specified in this Agreement. All expenses related to Recyclable Materials processing and marketing will be the sole responsibility of Company.
