Common use of Material Relations Clause in Contracts

Material Relations. To the Knowledge of the Company, none of the parties to any of the contracts identified in Schedule 4.14 have terminated the applicable contract, and no such party has in any way expressed an intent to terminate its business with the Company or its subsidiary in the future or to reduce the amount of such business in a manner that would have a Material Adverse Effect on the Business Condition of the Company or its subsidiary.
