MATERIAL SOURCES. 32.1) The tenderers shall make their own independent investigations into the availability as well as suitability of the various materials required for construction as referred to in this para. 32.2) If any quarry is in the possession of the department the contractor will be allowed to use the same on usual conditions. In other cases, the contractor will have to make his own arrangement for procuring quarries or the quarry permits, necessary assistance of which will be given by the department. 32.3) Lime stone shall not be permitted for any concrete work.
