Mathematical Calculations Sample Clauses

The Mathematical Calculations clause defines how numerical values, formulas, or computations are to be performed and interpreted within the agreement. It typically specifies the methods, standards, or assumptions to be used for calculations such as interest rates, payment amounts, or performance metrics, and may address rounding conventions or the use of specific calculation tools.
