Matters Not Requiring Proper Instructions. The Trust authorizes the Custodian in the absence of Proper Instructions to attend to all matters which may be necessary or appropriate to discharge its duties and give effect to the terms of this Agreement, including the execution, in the Trust’s name or on its behalf, of any affidavits, certificates of ownership and other certificates and documents relating to Securities.
