Common use of Matters relating to Interest Clause in Contracts

Matters relating to Interest. Unless otherwise indicated, interest shall be calculated daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the last day of each and every month; provided that if the last day of a month is not a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next Business Day and interest shall continue to accrue and be payable until the date of such payment. Interest shall accrue from and including the day upon which an Advance is made or is deemed to have been made, and ending on but excluding the day on which such Advance is repaid or satisfied.
