Maximum Accrual of Vacation Time Sample Clauses

The Maximum Accrual of Vacation Time clause sets a limit on the total amount of vacation leave an employee can accumulate. Typically, once an employee reaches this cap, they stop earning additional vacation hours until they use some of their accrued time and fall below the maximum threshold. This clause helps employers manage staffing levels and prevents excessive accumulation of unused leave, ensuring that employees take regular breaks and that the company’s financial liabilities for unused vacation time remain predictable.
