Common use of Maximum Accrual Clause in Contracts

Maximum Accrual. ‌ Vacation leave shall be accumulated to a maximum limit of 384 hours. Vacation will not accrue above 384 hours. Any employee who has accumulated vacation leave in excess of the maximum accrual will no longer accrue vacation leave until such time the vacation leave is below the maximum limit.
