Common use of Maximum Accruals Clause in Contracts

Maximum Accruals. Employees may accumulate unused vacation to any amount provided 14 that once during each fiscal year each employee's accumulation must be reduced to two 15 hundred and seventy-five (275) hours or less. This must be accomplished on or before the last 16 day of the fiscal year. If not, the amount of vacation shall be automatically reduced to two 17 hundred and seventy-five (275) hours at the end of the fiscal year.
