Common use of Maximum Accruals Clause in Contracts

Maximum Accruals. Nurses will be eligible to accrue up to a two-year 25 maximum ETO bank based on his/her their years of service and accrual rates as 26 outlined in Article 9.3. Once a nurse reaches their his/her two-year maximum ETO, 27 he/shethey will cease to continue to accrue ETO until theirhis/her ETO balance falls 28 below the maximum amount. One time per year the nurse is eligible for ETO cash out of 29 up to 80 hours of ETO, when the nurse has a balance of at least 192 hours. It will be the Page 2 of 8 Date Accepted / / Accepted by ▇▇▇ Accepted by Employer 1 nurse’s responsibility to request this cash out one time per calendar year. Maximum 2 accrual for ▇▇▇ will be prorated for part-time nurses.
