Common use of Maximum Advances Clause in Contracts

Maximum Advances. The aggregate face amount of all Financed Receivables outstanding at any time may not exceed the Facility Amount. In addition and notwithstanding the foregoing, the aggregate amount of Advances outstanding at any time may not exceed Six Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($6,750,000).
