Common use of Maximum Aggregate Amount Clause in Contracts

Maximum Aggregate Amount. it will ensure that as of (i) each date on which AP makes an Application and (ii) each date on which the Application Amount is paid in respect of Currency-Hedged Commodity Securities, the aggregate number of Currency-Hedged Commodity Securities outstanding will not exceed the Programme Limit (after giving effect to the issuance of such Currency-Hedged Commodity Securities and of any other Currency-Hedged Commodity Securities to be issued, and to the redemption of Currency- Hedged Commodity Securities to be redeemed on or prior to such date)
