Maximum Balance. The maximum amount of vacation an eligible employee may accumulate is four (4) times his/her annual rate of accrual. Employees of the District as of July 1, 1993 shall have his/her existing vacation credits set aside or “banked” and the employee will have the ability to use or cash-in these credits in accordance with the District Vacation Policy.
