Common use of Maximum Contract Sum Clause in Contracts

Maximum Contract Sum. 5.2.1.1 During the term of this Contract, Contractor shall receive funding for providing the Services outlined in this Contract (hereafter "Contract Funds"). Contract Funds shall be allocated to Contractor on an annual basis for each Fiscal Year (hereafter "Maximum Annual Contract Sum"). The Maximum Annual Contract Sum for the first Fiscal Year of this Contract is $[@ Year 1 Annual Sum @]. The Maximum Annual Contract Sum for each Fiscal Year following the first Fiscal Year is projected to remain at the level of $[@ Year 1 Annual Sum @]. The combined total of all Maximum Annual Contract Sums to be allocated during the term of this Contract is estimated to be $[@ Maximum Contract Sum @] (hereafter "Maximum Contract Sum"). Contractor acknowledges that both the projected funding for each year after the first year and the projected combined total of all Maximum Annual Contract Sums are estimates only. 5.2.1.2 Pursuant to Paragraph 8.1 (Amendments), County may amend this Contract upon occurrence of any changes to the Contract Funds. Future allocations of Contract Funds will be contingent upon the availability and appropriation of funds from Federal, State and/or local authorities and may be subsequently adjusted to reflect available funding.
