Common use of MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY Clause in Contracts

MAXIMUM COST TO COUNTY. In no event will the cost to County for the services to be provided herein exceed the maximum sum of $40,000 (forty thousand dollars) including direct non-salary expenses.
