Common use of Maximum Deductible Clause in Contracts

Maximum Deductible. Not to exceed: • USD250,000 each and every loss in respect of damage due to Acts of God/Theft/Fire/Maintenance Period/Consequences of Defective Design, Material and Workmanship (DE3) • 20% of the loss amount each and every loss subject to a minimum deductible of USD100,000 in respect of Water Damage • USD250,000 each and every loss in respect of Defective Design, Material and Workmanship (DE5) • 50% of the loss amount each and every loss subject to a minimum of USD35,000 in respect of Scaffolding • USD35,000 each and every loss for Others
