Common use of Maximum Dollar Amount Clause in Contracts

Maximum Dollar Amount. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Cadence shall not be liable for any charges and/or expenses under any applicable Schedule for Work done on a time and materials basis in excess of the maximum dollar amount specified in § 10 of the applicable Schedule.
