MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION Clause Samples
The Maximum Financial Obligation clause sets a cap on the total amount of money one party can be required to pay under the contract. MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. COUNTY will reimburse CONTRACTOR actual allowable expenditures subject to the provisions of this Contract, not to exceed $181,117.00 in FY2016-2017
MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. In no event shall the maximum financial obligation of Institution for services under this Agreement exceed $_________. This maximum financial obligation includes, but is not limited to, all applicable taxes, fees, overheads, and all other direct and indirect costs incurred or to be incurred by Contractor. The maximum financial obligation represents available funds for payment to Contractor and does not guarantee payment of any such funds to Contractor under this Agreement unless Institution requests work and Contractor performs the work.
MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. The Institution’s maximum financial obligation (“MFO”) is limited to the Service Fee. This provision establishes the maximum amount the Institution will be required to pay under this Agreement and serves as a limitation of the Institution’s financial liability. Any increase in this maximum financial obligation shall only occur through a written amendment executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. COUNTY will reimburse CONTRACTOR actual allowable expenditures subject to the provisions of this contract, not to exceed $570,000 for Fiscal Year 2015, and $570,000 for Fiscal Year 2016 for a total of $1,140,000, subject to the following conditions:
a. COUNTY has appropriated sufficient funds for the modification of this Contract,
b. CONTRACTOR is meeting the performance requirements for this contract,
c. County Counsel has reviewed and approved the amendment as to form and legality, and County Executive has approved the amendment.
MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. COUNTY will reimburse CONTRACTOR on a per meal rate, for meals consumed at each Congregate Meal Site (Meal Site), subject to the provisions of Exhibit C: Budget within this Contract not to exceed $586,222.20 in FY2018-19.
MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. Any other provision of this Lease notwithstanding and pursuant to Section 29-1-110, C.R.S., the amount of funds appropriated for this Lease is Twenty- three Thousand, Fifty-nine and Dollars and 17 Cents ($23,059.
MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. The Parties agree that the maximum amount payable by County to Provider under this Agreement shall not exceed $11,000. County does not guarantee a minimum payment to Provider.
MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. COUNTY will compensate CONTRACTOR, consistent with the provisions in this Contract, for a total not to exceed $75,360 for Fiscal Year 2019.
MAXIMUM FINANCIAL OBLIGATION. COUNTY will reimburse CONTRACTOR actual allowable expenditures subject to the provisions of this Contract, not to exceed $490,641 for Fiscal Year 2016, $745,358 for Fiscal Year 2017, $688,800 for Fiscal Year 2018, $499,015 for Fiscal Year 2019, $627,345 for Fiscal Year 2020, and $435,257 for Fiscal Year 2021 for a total of $3,486,416.
