Common use of Maximum Leave Clause in Contracts

Maximum Leave. (i) No employee can take more than twenty (20) working days of such leave in a calendar year. This limit shall not apply to members of the bargaining committee. (ii) An employee may take up to an additional twenty (20) days under the provisions of Article 23.01. Such days shall not be subject to the restrictions of Article 23.01 (e).
