Maximum Liability Amount. The maximum administrative civil liability amount is the maximum amount allowed by Water Code section 13385: (1) $10,000 for each day in which the violation occurs; and (2) $10 for each gallons exceeding 1,000 gallons that is discharged and not cleaned up.
