Common use of Maximum order Clause in Contracts

Maximum order. The Contractor is not obligated to honor any order for goods or services in excess of $500,000.00. Delivery Orders shall not exceed the Maximum order amount, specified above, without written authorization from the Procurement Division Manager. If the Contractor accepts any orders outside of the above parameters, they shall be performed in accordance with all requirements of the Contract.
