Common use of Maximum Ownership Interests Clause in Contracts

Maximum Ownership Interests. No Person or group of Persons (within the meaning of Section 13 or 14 of the Securities Exchange Act) (other than ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇) shall beneficially acquire ownership (within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 promulgated by the Commission under such Act), directly or indirectly, of more than fifteen percent (15%) of the Securities which have the right to elect the board of directors of the REIT under ordinary circumstances on a combined basis, after giving effect to the conversion of any Convertible Securities in the REIT, MHC Trust and Borrower.
