Common use of Maximum Payment Clause in Contracts

Maximum Payment. Effective March 24, 2013 the Company’s monthly contributions towards the total premium costs for the employees shall be: Family $302.41 Couple $296.40 Single $216.76 Subject to receiving the notice provided for in Article 22.07, the Company’s contribution shall be changed when an employee’s status for coverage changes (marital status or dependents).
