Maximum Permitted Number of Exhibitions Sample Clauses
The "Maximum Permitted Number of Exhibitions" clause sets a clear limit on how many times a particular work, such as a film or artwork, can be publicly displayed or shown under the terms of an agreement. This clause typically specifies a numerical cap, ensuring that the licensee or exhibitor cannot exceed the agreed-upon number of showings, whether at specific venues, within a certain timeframe, or across defined territories. By establishing this boundary, the clause helps protect the rights holder’s interests, prevents overexposure of the work, and provides certainty to both parties regarding the scope of permitted use.
