Maximum Premium Clause Samples
The Maximum Premium clause sets an upper limit on the total amount of premium that can be charged under an insurance policy. In practice, this means that regardless of changes in risk factors or adjustments during the policy period, the insurer cannot require the policyholder to pay more than the specified maximum premium. This clause provides financial certainty for the policyholder by capping their potential costs, thereby protecting them from unexpected or excessive premium increases.
