Maximum Principal Sum. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, it is agreed that the maximum principal amount of Indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, including all advancements, at any one time shall not exceed One Hundred Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($150,000,000.00).
