Common use of Maximum Principal Sum Clause in Contracts

Maximum Principal Sum. The parties hereto intend that this Mortgage shall secure unpaid balances of the indebtedness secured hereby whether incurred by lessee at the Restatement Date or after this Mortgage is delivered for recordation in the official records of the county in which the Leased Property is located. The maximum principal amount of indebtedness which is or under any contingency may be secured at the Restatement Date or at any time thereafter by this mortgage is $720,000,000.
